A team of surveyors and archaeologists spent a week in Canons Park at the end of July, taking measurements to provide an up to date map of the park and looking for items of interest in a number of investigation trenches, including this one (inset) at the newly painted 'Temple'. It's all part of Harrow Council's campaign to improve the park and restore it to its former glory - which can only benefit us all.
